Doria Glass and Brass Pendant Light

Mid 20th Century Handblown Glass Chandelier

Manufactured by German lighting manufacturer Doria during the 1970s (marked with manufacturers label within the ceiling rose)

The glass sphere is hand blown & purposely filled with random air pockets to capture & refract the light, thus making each piece individual. The interior has brass spheres also designed to reflect the light created by the bulbs

This piece has brass fittings, including a brass ceiling rose. The chandelier holds four bulbs (Edison Screw bulbs) – You should only use low watt LED bulbs, we advise using bulbs with a brass coloured crown, this directs the light to the sides and reduces glare

Can be adjusted in length at time of installation (the hanging wire will decide the overall length)

This piece has been professionally rewired and requires installation by a qualified electrician.

Good condition – some minor signs of wear (very light tarnishing on the brass fittings)
