Set Of Five Mid 20th Century Taper Holders Silver Plated

Marked on base of each holder – Cohr (referring to the Cohr family)

Denmark (where the items were produced)

Atla (The trademark used for Cohr silverplate from 1926)

Torchmark (Quality mark for silverplate, used by the “Organisation of Silverplate Manufactures” after they took over the rights to the Torchmark from FDG about 1932)

Each holder is triangular with soft angles and sit on three feet, there is a small central ring for the tapers/candles

Condition report:

Good Condition – There are very minor signs of wear commensurate with age and use. The silver plate is in very good condition, there are some light marks inside the ring holders
