Mid 20th Century Desk Lamp Model 520 C (the original version did not have a glass diffuser, later the “C” was added to the model number to indicate the diffuser crystal/glass) Designed by Luis Perez de la Oliva in 1967 Manufactured by Spanish lighting company Fase. The lamp shade and base are grey enamel with a chrome stand, with the switch located on the head of the lamp. The lamp shade can be rotated and angled. This example still has its original sticker and sales tag (indicating the model number and control number) This piece has been rewired and fitted with a three-pin UK plug
Please ensure that low wattage LED bulbs, as these will stay cooler and are less likely to cause damage to the light fitting over time Ensure that all mid century lighting is tested regularly
Condition report:
Very Good Condition – there are some very minor signs of wear (a couple of very light marks on the enamel) The glass diffuser has no defects, the lamp has been rewired.
