Made by Jasba Keramik – manufacturer’s sticker on the side of the vase
Produced in West Germany
This piece has been made in the Cortina Pattern (made in the 1960s) – a monochrome crackle glaze.
Jasba Keramik:
Founded in 1926 by Jakob Schwaderlapp in Ransbach-Baumbach (the name Jasba was a combination of the founder’s name and the location).
In 1975 the factory ceased making the decorative items and shifted to tiles and the manufacture of industrial items.
Condition report:
Good Condition – some slight signs of wear commensurate with age
