Early 20th Century Coffee Bean Spoons And Sugar Tongs
Set of six silver plate spoons with a green coffee bean at the end of each spoon (EPNS – marked on each spoon)
The spoons have a scallop shaped bowl
The sugar tongs are marked T.W. & S (Thomas Wilkinson & Sons 1832-1932) they have a embossed decoration down either side.
The set comes in a presentation box – this has some fraying to the fabric covering the hinges and a small pin missing from one clasp.
Condition report:
Good Condition – overall good condition with some slight tarnishing to the spoons
There is some fraying to the interior fabric on the box and a small pin missing from one clasp (the box still closes)
Two of the green beans have faded to a different shade of green from the others.
