Mid 20th Century Teak Occasional Chair
Model 41 – this model number is documented on original advertising for the chair from 1955
The chair has a deep backrest and thick cushion seat.
Designed by Kirkegaard (this piece is generally attributed to Erik Kirkegaard, but could have been designed by either Kirkegaard brother)
Manufactured by Hong Stolefabrik, made in the town Hong, Denmark (label on the base of the seat)
Solid teak frame with original black leather upholstery.
The teak has a medium tone
