Made in the Gouda region of The Netherlands
Marked on the base – Gouda Holland
Not designed in the typical “Gouda” style, the vases have a matt mottled texture in beige and brown tones.
The town of Gouda and the surrounding region has a rich history in pottery which dates back to the 1600s, though the popularity of collectible ceramics from the region came later in during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
