We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on items unless the goods in question are proven faulty or unfit for purpose. Please ensure that you check the full condition of the item(s) before purchase, all items are pre-owned & may show some signs of use and/or wear. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Items can be reserved for 7 days by paying a non-refundable reservation fee of 10% of the ticket price.
We can store purchased items for a maximum of 14 days on request. Please ensure that 24 hours notice is given prior to your collection, in order for us to have your items ready. If you are arranging collection through your own delivery service, we recommend that you are present during the collection of goods.
As storage is very limited, we cannot take responsibility for purchases not collected within 14 days of the original purchase date unless agreed at time of purchase (storage fees may be incurred). We only use specialist companies who are experienced in transporting antiques & artworks for our deliveries, local deliveries in and around London can be arranged (at an additional charge) on request, please ask for more details
Ferro Velho London reserves the right to update or change the terms and conditions of our Ferro Velho gift cards at any time, this does not affect your legal rights. Use of a Ferro Velho London gift card constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions and we therefore recommend that you read them carefully. The value of your Ferro Velho gift card can only be redeemed in store. The maximum amount that an individual gift card can hold is £500, you can use gift cards to pay for the full value or part value of your selected item(s). Purchases will be deducted until the balance reaches zero. Any unused /remaining balance cannot be refunded In cases where your gift card is lost or stolen, Ferro Velho London is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance. Copies cannot be accepted. Refunds will be paid back as store credit. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card. Gift cards must be used within twelve months of purchase date. At the expiry of the validity period (12 months) the Ferro Velho gift card cannot be used for purchase or can the unused balance be refunded. Gift cards must be purchased directly at Ferro Velho London; cards purchased from third parties will not be accepted.

Membro Do Ferro Velho membership entitles the member to 5% off in-store and online purchases (commission art works are not included), discounted deliveries and exclusive member offers throughout the year.
Becoming a member costs £5 and the membership is valid for 5 years. You will need to provide your full name, address, a valid email address and phone number to join, (these details are used to communicate exclusive member offers and are not shared with any other organisation. Failure to provide these details may result in missing out on member offers).
Misuse of the Membro Do Ferro Velho membership could result in early termination of your membership.
Membership is non-refundable & non-transferable. Exclusive offers are for use of the named member only and cannot be transferred to another person. Terms and conditions associated with each member offer will be available to members separately.

Ferro Trade is the trade programme for Ferro Velho London and is available for businesses within the creative industries. To create a Ferro Trade account, you will need to provide your business name and address, valid business email address and telephone number. Discounts are set to three levels Bronze, Prata and Ouro – each level offers a different discount rate and is calculated on your accumulated spend for the calendar year (1st January – 31st December). All accounts are reset to the Bronze level on the 1st of January of every year.
The discount received is determined by your current discount level. Following cleared funds, the discount level will increase for the next purchases. Purchases must be made through the account holder/business to be added to the accumulated spend.
Misuse of a Ferro Trade account will result in termination of your trade account. Trade discount is for use of the named account holder/business only and cannot be transferred to another person. Ferro Velho London have the right to refuse to open a Ferro Trade account without providing a reason.
