Mid 20th Century West German Miniature Vase and Dish

The matt mottled glaze is striped with grey, orange, yellow, black and off-white and the stripes are uneven and painted on by hand

The underside on the dish is grey, this is the same colour used for the interior of the vase. The shape of the vase and dish are very organic, with the dish shape similar to a leaf that has curled on the edges. The vase has an uneven opening rather than circular.

Condition report:

Good condition – some signs of wear expected with a piece of this age There is a small chip in the side of the dish 3mm in length (this is slightly disguised by the pattern)
