Mid 20th Century Teak Occasional Chair
Model 41 – this model number is documented on original advertising for the chair from 1955
The chair has a deep backrest and thick cushion seat.
Designed by E. Kirkegaard (this piece is generally attributed to Erik Kirkegaard, but could have been designed by either Kirkegaard brother)
Manufactured by Høng Stolefabrik, made in the town Høng, Denmark (marked on the base of the frame)
Solid teak frame, upholstered with Moon Wool “Jet” fabric
The teak has a medium/dark tone

Condition report:

Good Condition – some signs of wear commensurate with age and use. Upholstery is new, with new foam.
