Thought to be from former Czechoslovakia (this is because of the language of the original typed tag)
Original typed tag attached – armillariella mellea vaclavka jedla (Armillariella Mellea Vaclavka, Food)
These types of mushrooms were used as teaching aids in schools and often in pharmacies for mushroom foragers to identify safe/poisonous mushrooms.
Made from a type of latex/rubber
Hand painted to give a realistic impression

Good condition – good original condition with some signs of wear commensurate with age
