Mid 20th Century Teak Adjustable Bookcase
Manufactured by Hundevad & Co. (paper label on the reverse)
Made in Denmark (Ulfborg)
This piece features seven shelves, five of which are adjustable. The shelves are fixed into position using a metal bracket, the shelf then slides onto the bracket (thus making the bracket invisible). The main body is constructed of solid hardwood with a teak veneer, typical of many Danish pieces of this period.
Teak: light/medium
This can be accompanied by Hundevad chest of drawers. The bookcase can be attached to the top of the drawers to created a larger sideboard / high-board
